We need your help to continue to build and maintain support to communities; helping community members, so that they are not alone and have access to support and resources available to help them. We can’t do this alone, your donation help us to bring change and support for those who deserves it.  It is through your donations that we are able to continue our Mission.

Our membership program provides the platform to receive support, education and access resources available. We offer an individual and corporate membership program and invite you to become a member today.

Over the years we have had the opportunity to help community members and have built meaningful relationships through the educational workshops, seminars and the programs we offer, such as our monthly support group meetings, 24hour online support, Mental Health Forum, Mental Health Symposium, Health Expo and Rare Disease Expo. With your Partnership community members can get the support they need and deserve. We invite you to become a hero of health because together we are stronger in helping others.
