We would like to invite you to participate in helping to build an inclusive community for all. An inclusive Health Expo connecting and engaging communities to educate themselves about general health and wellness, Rare Diseases and Disorders such as: Syringomyelia, Chiari Malformation, EDS, Arthritis, Sarcoidosis, LAM and more through Entertainment, Workshops, Exhibitors, Ask the Expert Feature and much more. ​
