Renée Richards is the founder and CEO of The Act of Random Kindness (A.R.K.) Institute – a community forum that allows creative expression to feel secure, spiritually, vocationally, mentally/emotionally, socially, and more. She is a spiritual and mindfulness life coach, focusing on the well-being of everyone from a soul level and then outward. As the phrase goes, “As within, so without”. 

In addition to being an experienced educator, manager, and communications professional dedicated to social justice, non-profits, faith-based groups and social services agencies, her passions also include a dedication to diversity inclusion and advocating for employment equity.
